“Alex did a great job explaining the unique cleaning process that POW uses so that I knew what to expect when the windows were “done”. While cleaning, he noticed an approaching dust cloud, that turned out to be pollen blowing off the trees in the wind. He offered to finish cleaning anyway, and if he or I noticed any pollen stuck on the windows, he’d come back and redo them for free. So far, the windows look great. Thanks!”

However, Bear and Joe did great with the little details - cleaning out window sills and making sure no mess left behind. Additionally, they were very professional and polite to work with.
